Please provide following on any of your quotation requests:
Terms of shipment (search incoterms 2020 from your search engine)
Shipping method (Air, Sea, Courier etc)
Number of packages, weight per package, dimensions per package
Description of goods
Final delivery address
Collection point
Delivery point
Any special requirements or deadlines

Do you offer any credit ?

Accepted Answer

Yes! we do but you will need to complete a credit application and following criteas apply:
Must be a commercial business
We do not import cars or personal effects
If credit application is approved a strict policy on payment terms (normally 30 days nett)
Any / all Duties & Taxes must be settled immediately (no credit), prior to delivery
All transactions are subject to BIFA standard trading terms & conditions (current edition), A copy is available upon reques

Do you guarantee delivery ?

Accepted Answer

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your goods are shipped and delivered on time, there are no guarantees on transport, shipping, clearance & delivery.  This is due to the fact we are working with airlines, carriers, customs and hauliers - potential delays are inevitable.
We do offer a service for any special requirements, such as next day delivery at extra cost.
